In private coaching, we'll create an individualized, actionable plan for you and your family.

This might be the right fit for you if:

Your family is in the middle of an "all hands on deck" moment–it's urgent, intense, and needs immediate, focused support.
You’re facing a specific challenge or situation that requires ongoing individualized attention.
You’re ready to commit to working 1:1 with Cari for at least three months. (Some families stay longer, but a three-month minimum is required for high-intensity support.)
You’re willing to carve out time to tune into the Parenting in the Real World program (even if your schedule is inconsistent), because having a clear, actionable framework is way better than doom-scrolling through the DSM-5.

You want to finally get on the same page as your co-parent so you can stop doing all the heavy lifting alone or dragging them along for the ride.
Traditional advice is hard to implement or doesn’t work for your family–you need a more personalized approach.
